Our Catastrophe Response Team is comprised of Field Adjusters prepared for immediate deployment. Additionally, our CAT Response Team includes Professional Claim Handlers. Our Claim Handlers work in conjunction with our Field Adjusters to properly handle each claim on its own merit. Using industry approved software, our Claim Handlers develop the necessary reports to settle the claim with the Insurance Provider. Our Office Staff includes Customer Service Representatives, Claim Examiners, and Claim Manager. Our Customer Service Representatives continuously communicate with the Policy Holder. Our Staff Examiners review each claim prior to submission to insure its accuracy. Teamwork is crucial in a time of crisis.
