Acknowledge receipt of incoming claims

Manage Spreadsheet of all claims

Create File Folder for each claim including:

·        Declaration Page

·        24 Hour Contact Script Page

·        Field Loss Worksheet

·        Additional information specific to claim

Provide for the Shipping of Documents to and from the Adjuster in the field (e.g. UPS)

Contact all Insured's within 24 hours

Receive incoming calls from Insured, IA Office, Examiners, Insurance Agents

Provide Adjuster with fax and personalize email address (e.g. Ron.Smith@txchs.com)

Purchase License for Estimating Software (e.g. Integriclaims)

Create Electronic File for each claim including:

·        Import  photos

·        Label photos

·        Construct Roof Diagram

·        Estimate damages with industry software

·        Generate all required reports

·        Develop invoices

Submit file and follow-up until claim is closed
